We are looking for a qualified adult with sailing and boating experience age 18 years old+, who has their Level I, II, or III US Sailing Certification to work as a Part-Time Sailing Coach for 2021 Spring/Fall Seasons. This has the option of being a year-round part-time opportunity.

This person will implement the values, mission, and curriculum of BCSB, working alongside the Activities Director to provide professional sailing instruction and a high-quality on-and-off water sailing experience.

In 2021, we are offering summer learn to sail and race programs, a two-week therapeutic program for youth high on the autism spectrum or with ADHD, and Adventure Camp for younger children ages 6 and 7 years old to experience sailing and be introduced to water-sports by experienced staff. We are looking for a qualified adult age 18 years old+ with sailing and boating experience to work as an Assistant Instructor in our Learn to Sail Programs, Summer 2021.
